"A very good place to bring up children or retire,also walk to bay+ocean beaches,great deli"
Grant street is a 3minute walk to the front beach and about a 10minute walk to ocean beach.The beaches are clean.Grant street is a very friendly street,fantastic neighbours but we dont live in each others pockets eigther.The children are safe and very well behaved.Price wise to buy a house here is not the cheapest suburb around...
