"Serenity by the sea"
Melibee St is a lovely, quiet street with a mix of residential and beach homes, and very little through traffic. Lined by beautiful tea trees, it's an easy walk (about 10 mins) to the Peninsula's stunning back beaches, and only around 1km from the front beach and local shops,
And, the neighbours are great, creating a nice community feel.
In short, Melibee's a fantastic location with the best of Blairgowrie and the Peninsula at your door step, as well shops, schools and other local amenities.
