Greensborough/Watsonia vs Heidleberg West
As someone not from the state, my son is looking to purchase his first home. He has rented in Heidelberg West and had mixed feelings about the suburb, wondering if anyone had any thoughts on Greensborough/ Macleod in comparison to Heidleberg/Heidelberg West or are these suburbs much of the same muchness? Thank you in advance.

Definitely Greensborough/Watsonia. Properties are much more attractive for future sales. A little further if you need to travel into the city but looking to buy as a FHB you'd also be making sure that the property is an attractive investment.
