Diamond hill estates - Melbourne Polytecnic area

We lived there for a couple of years, its amazing, specially the townhouses facing the reserve. No problems what so ever, very pretty, quiet and safe with a fair bit of families with young kids and older couples in the estate.

Diamond Hills estate is like living in the country, it’s very nice and quiet unless you are in a townhouse or apartment close to the Diamond Creek road side. There are 2 storey and 3 storey townhouses and apartments in small blocks. We don’t hear anything from NMIT.
