Need some help between Merrifield Estate in Micklam (3064)and Greenvale (3059).
Greenvale, VIC 3059 is located within the Hume local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Have lived in Essendon past 15 yrs and now looking to buy in Greenvale as my first priority but the reports of growth in Greenvale is not very conclusive in last 15 yrs. I read a few comments here and it confuses me if I should or not invest as I have a toddler and am looking for a place to call it home but need some honest opinion pls.

Thanks sama. I was a bit hesitant as the property prices were very stagnent in greenvale for over a decade. Thanks for your info. Will. Keep that in consideration regarding govt budget allocation.
