Why does Eucra St get a bad review?

Hi there! Im the person who posted the review youre talking about - in 2010, I think? - and can answer that. We lived there for a few years and had a horrible experience.

The people we lived with, basically our landlords, verbally abused us and threatened to kill our dog when we tried to move out. On top of this, wed just buried our newborn son.

The next door neighbour, we nicknamed Grumpy. He was (is?) a very angry old man who was very particular about people parking anywhere near his house. He didnt park out the front himself, he didnt actually need that space, but he would frequently yell at us for parking in the only available spot on the street.

Maybe things have changed now. Maybe its lovely. But it was a very sour experience.
