"Just off the beaten track"
Great street with access to loads of local facilities. Easy access to shops, transport and schools. Bit of traffic now building up, but generally a quiet area. Great park in the middle of the street with a roundabout added to curb the traffic flow.

"Rat run or quiet haven?"
Long winding street with some elevation. Can be used as a bypass from Weaponess raod to Hale, or entry to City Beach, so occasionally frequented by hoons. Nice central park in Peace Grove, great for kids. Minimal neighbourghly spirit and poor internet access to ahlf the street.
