"Hampstead Road, Manningham"
Hampstead Road seems busy but you can not hear the traffic from the inside of the house, especially closest to North East Road as most traffic turns off at Taunton Road which leads to Portrush Road.
Superclose to the city, only 6km's away straight down north east road. Public transport is no problems with a bus stop just around the corner.
Great schools around public and private. 3 near by shopping centres, just a short drive away - Sefton Park, Greenacres and Marden. Lovely pub on the corner of Hampstead/North East, with a liquor store and pizza bar.
