"Nice reasonably quiet st"
Even though it's close to Hampstead road, Templewood Ave is reasonably quiet with low traffic levels, which is great for our kids.
Most of the residents are couples and retirees.
There is one house rented to students that gets noisy every couple of months but generally they're not a bad lot.
The street is within walking distance of tennis courts, a park and Broadview oval, and a short drive to two shopping centres.
