"Peaceful, friendly, spacious and neighbourly."
Close to all amenities and the bay for convenient living : including schools and buses, shops and gyms, coupled with the seclusion that comes with large block living, surrounded by parks and trees and respectful, house proud neighbours. What a luxury !

"Best street in Alex Hills!"
Lovely houses with big backyards in Hanover Drive! Great area to go for a walk through the neighbourhood or through Scribbly gums walking tracks. Everyone is very friendly!

"Quiet street with lots of trees, big yards and a fantastic park"
Large blocks, street is quiet. Close to everything, 35 minute drive to Brisbane CBD. Fantastic park and good school end of street. Neighbours are friendly.

"Big, leafy, private blocks with cooling bay breezes"
Quiet area ... large leafy private blocks with wide frontages ... bush views from many houses ... undulating hills ... cooling bay breezes. Beautiful large park with dozens of well-established gum trees, play equipment and gazebos (koalas visit this park regularly). Great primary school (Hilliards State School) at the end of the street and a regular bus service to the street.
