Reviews of Harefield Street, Indooroopilly
"Harefield Street- Great street, presents a wonderful buying opportunity"
I have sold a few homes on Harefield street and it is always popular among buyers. It has a huge park at the end of the street and because there is only one way into this enclave and one way out there is very minimal traffic. Property prices are on the rise and Harefield street set a new area record price in 2009 with a property I sold for $725,000. Definately a street to keep your eye on.

"Great for families with kids"
Okay here we go, Harefield St is situated in the Jay Park area which is a nice little pocket neighbouring Fig Tree Pocket, Kenmore and Chapel Hill. It is a very quite place where kids play on the street or take a 2 minute walk to Fig Tree Pocket park. This park has two playgrounds and a brand new cycling / walking path.
Transport is close by, just 3 or 4 minutes walk to the bus stop at Jerrang Rd, or 5 minute drive to Indooroopilly train station. There are excellent schools nearby including Nudgee and Montessori schools. 5 minutes drive will also take you to the Indooroopilly shopping centre or Kenmore plaza where you can find supermarkets, take away shops and more.
In short, this is a nice quite street with lots of families with kids and easy access to all the Indooroopilly amenities.
