Why are there so many houses on sale if Harrington park is such a nice place?
Harrington Park, NSW 2567 is located within the Camden local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.

Bad neighbours. Very pretty suburb, but there's a clique who will harass people if they do anything to their property they imagine will lower the property prices of the area. Additionally, a group of boys on bikes is known to yell out and insult strangers for fun, almost daily after school. Most people here are probably nice enough, but the bad apples are really bad, so people move.
The primary school is huge and some families move to get into an area with a smaller school for their children. Narellan Rd traffic is an issue in peak hour. Can take 20 min just to get onto freeway. New housing developements in the area has people who love the area upgrade to new homes nearby. There were talks of a rail station in the suburb coming soon. not sure if that will eventuate.
