"Expensive"
One of the most prestigious streets in one of the most prestigious locations in Melbourne. It isn't cheap with blocks being some of the most expensive for their size in Melbourne. A Standard block with a nice house is at least a Five Million dollar investment but they can greatly exceed this price tag. Houses don't turn over regularly. If you want a particular house you may have to wait upwards of 30 years for it to come on the market. Landscaped gardens, Fully renovated Victorian era houses and expensive cars... eat your heart out. IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, IT'S THE PLACE TO LIVE in Central Hawthorn. If you are looking for value for money, this is probably not the street for you.
