"Good public transport, close to Major shopping centre"
Pretty quiet street, local traffic only. Neighbours are friendly. I've been here for 3 years and am now upsizing, hence selling my house. Local Tavern 500m walk is upgrading and a nice place to go. Netball Courts/soft ball and track/athletics ovals nearby which is great for the kids. Only 12km from Perth City. Very close to Roe Hwy.
