Check the crime stats on this suburb - there pretty much is none! One of Perth's best, similar to other more 'country' areas with bigger lots like Kalamunda, Mundaring etc, except it's a lot closer to the city than those. I know a family (although they're not there anymore), who never bothered to lock the front door!
