Property price in Heathridge has been on the rise since late last 2012. Many buyers, in particular first home buyers and investors see value in buying into this well-serviced and family friendly suburb. Current median price for houses sits around $460K which is about 13% up on the same time last year. A 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom home in good condition could easily fetch over mid $400K and $500K respectively. Homes in Oceanside Gardens or those that have been nicely renovated will attract a premium. For reasonably priced properties, it is quite common for sellers to receive multiple offers during the first week of home open and sometimes, properties were sold before they hit the market, so competition amongst buyers is strong.
