Heathwood Rise versus Springfield Lakes ?
Just wondering whether moving to Heathwood Rise in Heathwood or Springfield lakes would be good.Please share your experience or ideas about the overall experience .Much appreciated !

Just the question i had on my mind also....springfield lakes is a newer up coming suburb that is part of the logan city council (.pros )...springfield lakes pub, springfield lagoon, cheaper more affordable housing ..... (cons) not many good options for schools in the area... logan council charge more for rates, ....being asian background. ...we can't live too far away from inala for our asian groceries. ....heathwood would be the better option out of the 2, closer to Brisbane cbd, ...large option of schools central to almost everything i guess....what are your thoughts???

Hello Friend,Thanks for your feedback and your reply seems to be very realistic.I also felt in Springfield Lakes most of the homes are being built very close to each other which was a concern to me and of course there was more open space and park were there but i also felt that it was too much quiet there.Other thing traveling to city is a extra journey from Springfield rather than Heathwood and plus lands in Springfield Lakes is also not so less price wise compare to Heathwood.Anything you think more?
