"Close to Schools and the CBD"
Hill street is extremely close to the central business district so shopping or work is within walking distance. It also borders St Mary's College, so if you have kids then it is really close.
The noise can sometimes be a problem due to West Street and Margaret Street. Laurel Bank Park is along Hill street, which is a great place for picnics or kids to play.
