"Close to everything!"
Holton way looks like a great place to live. It's only 200m from the nearest oval and about 500m to the nearest primary school. It's also only about 1km from the Cannington train station and 1km to Carousel shopping centre. There's also a park in this street that has a swing set in it and a seat for the parents or any other passers by. If athletics is your thing its only a few moments from Coker Park athletics centre.
Pretty much anything you could ever want can be purchased from the shops along Albany Hwy.
Takeaway is close also, KFC, HJ's, Subway and Fish and Chips within 5 mins. The Foundry and Hans Cafe are also within 5 mins, and Vic Park is only 15 mins away if you're looking for a Cafe strip.
There are cinemas at Carousel and also a new Good Life gym at Carousel which is open extended hours.
If you work in the city - the train journey is only 17mins!
