Our Family moved to Coolum Beach back in 1995 and have seen allot of changes over those years and mostly for the better, we have one of the best beaches and waves on the Sunshine Coast, plus the boardwalk which takes you up to Pt Perry and the 3 Bays of sandy beaches and rocky coves. The community is very friendly with abundance of volunteer organizations of all types, we have great sporting facilities. we pretty well have everything not to leave the area. The Sunshine Coast Airport is 15 minutes down the road and flys direct to most of the major Cities, the main central business district in Maroochydore is 25 minute drive as is Noosa which is a 20 minute drive, Brisbane is a 1 hour 15 minute drive away. Lets not forget our Hinterland Towns as they are all within a short driving distance.
