Set on the first floor of a small, well-kept scheme of only 15 units, this two-bedroom apartment has been freshly updated and is ready to move straight into. New carpet, new paint, and new LED lighting throughout give it a clean, bright feel, while stone benchtops add a quality finish to the kitchen.

Both bedrooms have built-in robes, and the private balcony gives you your own outdoor space for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Secure parking and a secure entrance add peace of mind, whether you are living here yourself or adding a low-maintenance property to your portfolio.

The location is the real highlight. Smith Street sits just off Beaufort Street, putting some of Highgate's best-loved spots at your door. Start the day at The Lincoln Nook or Blacksmith, and finish it with late-night cocktails at Si Paradiso. Highgate has a genuine village feel, with Chatsworth Flowers, Elmars for quality meat, and Mary Street Bakery all close by, so your weekend shop can be done on foot - especially if you run a little further to nearby Brisbane Street and pick up some of the best fruit and vegetables from Golden Choice. Alternatively Woolworths Highgate is just across Lincoln Street!

Green space is everywhere. Brigatti Gardens and Hyde Park are both nearby, and the popular Jack Marks Reserve is a favourite with locals for exercising dogs and catching up with neighbours. When you need the city, Perth CBD is only a short trip away.

A well-presented apartment in a small scheme, in one of Perth's most liveable inner-city pockets.
