Reviews of Hopkins Street, South Boulder
"simply a easy street to live in"
Having lived in Hopkins St for some 35 years I have seen it grow in residence but feel the block i am in is the pick of the street, that being between Lane and Hamilton streets. This block is nearly all owner occupier homes bar only a couple. Over the last few years there has been a good increase in home renovations from new owners and some long term owners.
Nothing is far away but far enough away not to be a nuisance ie shopping, schools, pubs parks and churches. We rarely have problems we services and have the best water pressure in town i reckon.
Generally speaking it usually a peaceful street where kids will play on the street and verges and people will walk their dogs quite often early morning or evening
35 years here it has to have something so if you are looking for value rather than flash its a good place to live
