Hosken Street, Altona Meadows, VIC 3028

This small winding street boasts some, if not most of the aspects you need in a location. There is a pool in the street, A shopping center only meters away, it's a short distance away from a major train station (which is being upgraded), A short drive from pier street Restaurants (not to mention the beach!) and if you drive to work, then you're right next to the princess freeway that will get you anywhere in Melbourne.

This street isn't large and as a result, it doesn't attract much traffic. The noise from the main road is minimal and you rarely get trucks and such driving through disturbing your peace and quiet.

As said in other reviews, the area is mainly populated by retirees and what seems to be the case in the area, is they have kids still living at home. These kids typically are aged in there early to mid twenties. They don't tend to be any trouble, but in the summer months, they do what kids do in that age and that is cruise in their cars down to the beach.

That aside, Houses are looked after and there are many using gray water and tank water. So that mean greens grasses and water friendly garden! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending someone to live here.
