Honestly, I don't like your chances. I doubt ADSL will be in the area, Cable is a definite no and HSDPA you might need a supporting antenna. The problem lies in the Scrubs location and surrounding of hills. Telstra would be the best HSDPA option or Satellite. Good luck!
