I think the top suggestions for locals would be to move somewhere with restaurants if you want to eat in the neighborhood.
Okay, but seriously, Ingleside Terrace is a little meager in good restaurant choices. Your best bets are on Ocean Ave.--none of them, however, would I really recommend over getting in the car and driving somewhere else though:
1. Emmy's Restuarant (a Chinese place)
2. Pizzeria Sophia
3. Pho Ha Tien (a Vietnamese place)
After that all you got is Taco Hell, and KFC--this is mostly a residential neighborhood.
