"A tale of two identities"
Isabella St in North Parramatta is a very long street running from Pennant Hills Rd to Pennant St.
The Pennant Hills rd end whilst closer to Parramatta CBD Is full of units and higher density living driving down Isabella St towards Oatlands and Pennant St there are 4parks and ovals plus tennis courts etc so there is plenty of green open space. The unit blocks stop and the area opens up to established houses on large blocks of land from 500-900 m2. Close to schools, gyms and shops.

"Apartments Galore"
We lived on the corner of Brickfield and Isabella; we had our garage broken into so many times ( in one year) that it just was beyond the joke.
A couple of parks close by to walk/run/cycle. A bit of a hike to Parramatta Station/Westfields.
