The most expensive street in Ivanhoe I believe is called The Boulevard (http://www.streetadvisor.com.au/the-boulevard-ivanhoe-banyule-melbourne-greater-victoria). This is where they have Christmas Lights on (home) display, during December'ish and they look over parklands, etc.
Another (personal fav) is Fairy Street (http://www.streetadvisor.com.au/fairy-st-ivanhoe-banyule-melbourne-greater-victoria).
There's a lot of other well know streets (eg. The Righi) in the area, but they are in Eaglemont or Ivanhoe East.
