"Mixture of Home Styles"
Ivy runs downhill from Goodchap Road to Dalrymple Avenue on the western side of Chatswood. It doesn’t carry a lot of traffic, and is a residential-only street – no home units, apartments or commercial premises. The homes were built around the mid 1900s and are solid brick and tile construction. The gardens, as well as the homes are well cared for and neat.
