I would say Friday nights are very busy..lots of kids. Weekday mornings are least crowded around 10:00am is a great time to shop!

Generally anytime after 4 or 5pm, which is when most kids will get bored of whatever they're doing at home and want to get together with friends. Most people are out of work by 7pm, so you'll see families getting together to eat at the food court and do some quality time shopping. Best parts to go during the day are in the middle of the day on a weekday. Weekends, the place is usually packed, but Sunday in the morning (when most people are at church) it might be less so---though there is no guarantee!
