Kaola Street, Belgrave, VIC 3160

Kaola street is on a south facing hill and does not receive very much light during the winter. It's damp, cool and generally pretty dark. You'll find the road covered in green moss during the colder months. Durring summer it's a very pleasant area, however, I think you'd struggle living here during the winter.

Termites are also a real problem.

Kaola street was meant to be known as Koala Street but was miss spelt on the plans and that's how it ended up as Kaola Street. With 5 minutes walk to Belgrave station. This is a great location.

Belgrave has a lot to offer. Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Football Oval, Shops and cafe as well as the forever popular Puffin Billy
