Hi, we are an Agency that manages home in Kardinya. This is a very sort after area, with proximity to the Fiona Stanley and St John of God Hospital in Murdoch not to mention easy access to Fremantle, and the City being located between Leach Hwy and South St both leading to the Freeway.
Not to mention a vacancy rate in Perth of under 1%, availabe stock is at it's lowest. Median house price at $495 is at an all time high previously being $480 in 2014. Great location
