Please help. Moving to WA, which suburb?
max 40 minutes to beach. max 60 minutes to city. Close to nature/National parks, choice of independent restaurants/cafes/shops (ideally with some vegan options), organic food markets, 'village'/community atmosphere, family friendly with good schools, safe.

If you have school-age children (primary to high school), I suggest you to at the top 4 school zones in Perth (Churchlands/ Shenton/Rossmoyne/ Willetton). They are all equally great schools with very slight differences. You can choose the school according to your budget and desired lifestyle.
