10 minutes to beach, Caringbah High and Port Hacking High now two of the best high schools in Southern Sydney, close to all amenities, Westfield, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Flats and houses significantly cheaper than similar suburbs close by. Huuuge demand for rental. The F6 to the city is forecast for development through the fringe of Miranda providing speedy access to City. Boat ramps for Port Hacking river access. 10 minutes drive to Royal National Park. The main street in line for massive council regeneration project. Great place for young professionals and families.
