"Kalgoorlie Furthest North part of Hannans"
Karlkurla is a designated natural bushland space with excellent walking trails at the north of Hannans. The devepment is often referred to as located in Greenview or Karlkurla. The area is closest to the Golf Course surrounded by quality walking paths and popular parkland.
Homes are generally well presented with a only few public housing properties. Properties vary from high density town-houses to large family homes. There are future plans for expansion including shopping facilities, however there is no development yet. Hannans Boulevard provides a small mall style shopping experience with cafe, post office, hair salon, boutique store and Super IGA. The Golf Course also offers dining options. The nearest primary school is Hannans Primary, no high school closer than South Kalgoorlie.
