"A safe comfortable town, with all the amenities and not too far from Perth."

Short friendly street with very low traffic and noise, a mix of quiet older generation and a handful of polite children belonging to working class families.

  • Quiet street with very little traffic
  • Just three blocks from the local Supermarket & Shops

Not great for

"Good amenities for this sized town."

Kellerberrin is in the central east region 202 kms from Perth on the great Eastern Highway. The town has a population of around 870 but counting the outlying areas this figure is closer to 1185. This is a friendly town with a good community spirit and has good amenities including a medical centre and the Kellerberrin Memorial Hospital which has up to date equipment and well trained staff. The Kelleberrin District High School caters for students from K – 10 and then students wishing to go on to do years 11 and 12 will attend nearby Merredin High School. Kellerberrin has a playgroup and a CBH Group Little Learners as well as the C.Y. O’Connor College of TAFE. There are shops for all your needs including a supermarket, convenience stores, specialty shops, newsagents, chemist etc. The town offers some good sporting options with a speedway track, pony club, swimming pool, playing fields for football (all codes), cricket, netball etc. Real estate prices here are very affordable and you can sometimes pick up a sub $200k bargain. Rentals too are affordable. The climate is very Mediterranean with cool winters and very warm to hot summers. Most of the rainfall here is in the winter months.
