"Wide streets and large land"
The street is a short drive from the Mahroondah Hospital and Eastland shopping center.
I currently manage a 4 bedroom house in the street and is in its original condition so it acieves $400 per week. If you were to rennovate a 4 bedroom proeprty in this street you could possibly achieve up to $500 per week. The blocks are very large in size it is a fantatsic oportunity for developers.
