"Small Cul De Sac near Parkland"
Kennet Place is a small family friendly cul de sac. Kennet Place backs onto the Minnippi Estate and Parklands. The Minnippi Parkland offers a flat path for cycling or walking and the surrounds are scattered with barbecues, picnic tables and playgrounds.
