During Covid-19 I had a number of questions relating to my investment property and proposed legislation changes. Kristine took the time to explain each senario and provided me with valuable information.
Kristine has the ability to assess peoples unique needs and assist them in their real estate journey. We are first home buyers and Kristine has shown nothing but empathy and guidance throughout the process.
Selling a property from overseas can be fraught with worries and problems even during regular times, how about in the middle of an epidemic? We were so lucky enough to have Kristine on our side all the way, seven days a week, who took care of the process with her wisdom, professionalism and determination. We could feel that she not only love her profession, but it is also her passion. Selling a property is much more than finding a buyer, it is keeping in touch, reporting regularly and making the whole process as painless as possible. Kristine did it in spades, the empathy and consideration shown helped to make the selling process not only successful, but most of all, stress-free. She was always attentive to any questions, requests and needs through the different phases and took the time to follow up / check in to ensure the negotiation and settlement process was on track. Right from the first open home appointment until the settlement, she provided friendly and professional service. Her local market knowledge was fantastic and provided a lot of insights throughout our selling experience. We would absolutely recommend Kristine if you are thinking of selling, buying or looking for your new home!
Kristine was instrumental in securing our forever family home. She is caring, hard working and no task is ever too big. She was always available to answer our many questions and gave us guidance from start to finish. Her local market knowledge is spot on and her customer service is exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kristine
