"super conveniant and great value for $"

the local shops have all you need and often open late. Has a library, private and public primary schools and a private high school.
the suburb sits bang in the middle of albany hwy/tonkin hwy/roe hwy and welshpool rd. So its easy to get out or in any direction.
Its a small suburb, i live on the east side and we've had very little trouble (much better than other suburbs i've lived in - and i've been in more expensive suburbs). We know all our neighbors well and are friends with some of them. I have heard from a few people that the west side of kenwick (nearer train station) has more crime incidents. its a small suburb, yet it has 2 bottle shops!
I would recommend you choose carefully where you buy/rent inside kenwick, some area's are almost semi-rural or typical quaint suburbia but there are pockets of really bad areas. its is certainly worth talking to the neighbors to find out what the street is like.
