Are there any drawbacks to living in Kewarra Beach?

Kewarra Beach, QLD 4879 is located within the Cairns local government area, part of the Far North Region in Queensland.

Are there mosquito plagues? Is the stinger net 100% effective? Are there any entertaiment venues with live music? What is the current population?

Kewarra Beach in my opinion offers a wonderful lifestyle with its varied lifestyle options. Whether you are looking for absolute beach front, luxurious living, the space that acreage offers close to the ranges, large family homes on generous lots, elegant easy care homes ideal for retires, affordable new homes, affordable homes on compact lots & older homes on larger blocks ideal for renovating. The investor is also well catered for with the desirability of the suburb due to its beach lifestyle close to shops, transport, schools & sporting facilities. If you enjoy a little bit of a challenge Kewarra Beach, on the western side of the highway, offers easy access to a myriad of national park trails ideal for walking. Hence the only possible negative is if you are looking for a suburb that is dedicated to one particular sector or age group then Kewarra Beach is not it. Kewarra Beach offers a brilliant lifestyle to a vast array of people.

Is there anything wrong with the western side of the highway? Compared to the beach side? We are a family of 5 making the move and looking at properties. Thanks in advance
