"Very quiet and respectful neighbours in a leafy street"
Very safe - never a single issue in the 7 years I lived there. No crime, noisy parties or dogs. Beautiful homes kept in great condition. So close to the city, good public transport, Racecourse Rd, DFO, airport. Great cafe around the corner. Next to Sandgate Road without any of the noise. Surrounded by great public and private schools.
