Rental demand is strong within Killara, especially with young families as it is within the catchment for Killara High. White collar workers also enjoys the leafy outlook and close proximity to CBD via train, they are also drawn to the great cafes and pubs within the area. It is not as crowded as nearby suburbs such as Lindfield and Gordon, but yet close enough to commute to the shopping centres within them - which is a big plus for a lot of renters.
