How busy is Kingsley Drive and is it noisy at night?

We're looking at buying in the area on Kingsley Dr, don't mind car noise but can't deal with noisy partying neighbours

You might enjoy the part of Kingsley that is closer to Wanneroo Road. There are some lovely quiet streets in this part of the suburb and not so much traffic noise in many of the streets. Like you, I cannot deal with partying neighbours and loud music and that is one of the reasons I chose to live in Kingsley. I have been here for almost 15 years now and have no plans to move from here ever. It is a great place for families, couples, retirees and those singles who like a peaceful, safe and quiet lifestyle in a natural area with lots of parks and trees.
