I live in Kingsley and live near Legana Park. It is like living in the hills. This part of Kingsley is more towards Wanneroo Road and is 3 kms exactly from the train station. It is very beautiful and has a lot of trees. The people who buy here tend to stay because it is beautiful and quiet and even though there are main roads such as Moolanda Boulevard and Hepburn Avenue close by, you wouldn't know it. Not far from Legana Park is Lake Goollelal and the Yellagonga National Park. So if I was looking to buy a property, I would prefer to buy it around here.
