"Nice bayside family or retirement living"

A bayside bliss, Kogarah Bay is a hidden gem tucked away by the shores of Sydney’s St George region. While the public transport isn’t top notch and the amenities are largely inaccessible, the coastal landscape makes up for it. The residential streets are really kept pristine, indicating how much locals enjoy living here. Not too far from Carss Bush Park either, where you can appreciate a greater variety of outdoor acitivities.

"Kogarah Bay - Best bay side suburb in Sydney"

Quiet area, tree lined streets and you're always a few hundred meters away from the water no matter which street you live in. Kogarah Bay is great. Property values there are high and the demand will always be there!! It's one of the most sought after areas with wonderful waterfront properties and 30 mins from the heart of the CBD, 15 mins away from the airport and 10 min away from Miranda Westfields.

"Perfect Place to Live"

Kogarah Bay is one of the most sought after suburbs south of the CBD. It has it all, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, safe and secure family friendly neighbourhood, excellent schools nearby, surrounded by beautiful parks and recreational ovals, fantastic junior and senior sports teams, local shops and cafe and only a short drive to the city, beaches and numerous shopping facilities.

With all this on offer plus great transport links and it's very own bay, Kogarah Bay is the ideal place to call home or add a property to your portfolio.

"Just moved here! WOW!"

Moved all my family here from Rockdale two months ago. We fell inlove with the wide and clean streets, child friendly parks and people here in Kogarah Bay. If you are looking for a smaller size, clean and peaceful area by the bay then you can't go past this one. Kogarah town centre and train station is a two minute drive through Beverley Park and you can take your dog and family for a walk to stunning parks like Carss Bush park or Claydon reserve. You could also walk to Sans Souci shopping village. If you do lots of driving from the city or the east then Kogarah Bay is much easier to access than Blakehurst, Connels point and South Hurstville. Also, so many stunning homes all over the area. The agent that sold us the place described Kogarah Bay as the Vaucluse of St George because of the many quality homes built and still being built around here.

""Surrounded by blue water and bright green grass""

I moved here 9 years ago in March 2002 and quickly fell inlove with the beautiful blue bay which surrounds our beautiful streets and roads. The beautiful bay walks and parks set a marvelous atmosphere all year round. It is not your everyday suburb. Development in the last few years shows the area is building on it's beauty and has hundreds of home built of quality. Property prices continue to sky rocket in the area. Ramsgate road and Park road, Kogarah Bay which can get busy during peak hour have proven real estate success in the area with quality homes selling for well over a million dollars in our current market and also redevelopment of older homes occuring in this part of Kogarah Bay. It's only going to get better.
