"Great central location"
Quiet community close by to shops, schools and parks. Easy access to walking/running tracks
Primary and High Schools have positive reviews, childcare services available. Local shopping centre, restaurants, sporting fields gyms and parks available.
Rental returns will vary depending if it is a standard or high end investment property, I would always recommend a comparable market appraisal to determine estimated rental return.
