"Best Kept Secret"
There is nothing more anyone could want living on La Perouse Blvd, best neighbours, most beautiful views, so peaceful, clean, caters to all, kids and adults. So relaxing feels like you're always on holidays, sitting back watching the boats go by on the Patterson River and the beach is a hop, step and a jump away, who could ask for more? Schools close, shops nearby, transport easy to get too. It's ideal.
