"What a gem"
Good mix of housing - predominantly single dwellings on larger lots, there are a few well articulated units which blend in. The neighbours are extremely friendly, and many own pets. There seems to be a transition from older residents to young professional families moving in. It has good access to shopping facilities, public transport and more particularly recreation facilities. What more could you ask for?

Not great for
- Council ripped out the street trees, but new ones where planted and are growing quickly.
