"Come and join the party!"
Very friendly court with the best neighbours you could ask for and the kids are never short of friends to play with. Close to shops, primary schools, kinder, community centre and bus stop. Backs onto a nature reserve with bike paths leading down to the beach in one direction and the Edithvale wetlands in the other. Golf course and Aspendale railway station also within walking distance.
