"Quiet street. Far enough yet close enough to the city centre."
The area of Blackstone Heights is a wonderful area to live. It is lacking a few things like parks and recreational areas. For an area so close to the river there is very little access to the river itself. There should be at least one boat ramp.

I have heard that plans have been made but a select few have opposed this. The best place would be off Kelsey Road. There is already a car park and Public toilets there. I think that's where it was planned for originally.
